
As I age (I am 46) I have noticed that the people around me are aging more rapidly than me. It got me curious a few years ago and I started becoming extremely passionate about aging really well…basically how can we REVERSE age ourselves?
Here is WHY aging fast is common,
(please note that I am obsessed with healthy aging, both internally and externally – what is going on inside is a reflection on the outside.) My goal is to help you always LIVE and FEEL amazing and take care of yourself and in that, you will also start to change your body and your appearance on the outside too!
OK so here we go……
It is easy to find people in their 60s who look 15–20 years younger. You can find them continuously moving their body daily in the gym or at home and eating well and consistently.
There is a fountain of youth and recent research is confirming the formula.

Also, it helps to have good genes. If your ancestors lived long lives, you are more likely to do the same.
#1: Eat a diet low in processed food. Processed food means lots of sugar, high fructose corn syrup, white flour, white rice, white potatoes, white bread, etc. It includes drinking almost anything with calories such as beer, most alcohol, sweetened sodas, sweet ice tea, and coffee or tea with sugar.
YOU SHOULD…..
*Eat lots of vegetables, especially those low on the glycemic scale with lots of fiber. Eat lots of cruciferous vegetables. Eat poultry and fish, some red meats in between. This gives you a low inflammation diet. Inflammation causes insulin resistance and arteriosclerosis.
*High fiber gives one a healthy gut biome. The gut biome research is recent and is very cutting edge. Your gut is known as your second brain. We will soon prove that an unhealthy gut biome causes most of our modern-day diseases and premature aging. Processed foods and low fiber diets kill your good gut bacteria.
* Eat healthy Fats! Its great for your brain, keeping you fuller, and if you are eating a ketogenic focused diet (aka a lack of carbs = a lack of glucose and therefore your body created ketones) then eating a higher ratios of fats will help to create ketones and ketones are INCREDIBLE in regards to helping your body operate at maximum level of health, brain focus, fat burning, muscle and strength building, and even more….
*Exercise. More is better. High-intensity intervals are good. Slow steady state cardio is amazing 3-5 times per week too. Weightlifting is even more amazing. Exercise has proven to lengthen one’s telomeres which are an indication of reversing aging.
Keeping your weight down makes you look much younger.
Your typical 60 year old is 40–50 pounds overweight. Losing this makes one look AND FEEL 20 years younger.
I didn’t start taking care of myself until the age of 40. Before that I was tired, hungry, cranky, my skin was dull, my energy was low, I had poor digestion, I had horrible sleeping patterns, I was anxious, didn’t know how to move through stress, had unwanted depression and anxiety.
THEN, 12/30/2013 I commited to taking care of me. For 60 days I commited to me for the first time ever. I also had young babies, 3 and 5 and they deserved a HAPPY energized mama.
Here’s what I decided to change;
– no alcohol for 60 days
– no cookies, cakes, donuts, candy for 60 days
– 2 workouts per week
– clean eating (using all those food tips above)
– 10 minutes of personal development reading per day.
– The first week I was a changed women inside, 3 weeks later I started seeing results, 6 weeks later I was a totally changed woman forever.
And best part ever, 6.5 years later, Im still going strong and learning to uplevel myself in different ways. Always EVOLVING!
I share this because it is my goal to inspire you that you just have to DECIDE and COMMIT to you and what you just have to START! Pick 3-5 things and just GO FOR IT!!
