This is what I call my KETOish meal plan. Its perfect for those into fitness as you get a little more carbs than the typical keto diet so it perfect for fueling your muscles and giving you some extra energy. Also just great for all around diet for anyone in my personal opinion and experience in helping people change their eating habits.
You will notice there is a shake in there. I just LOVE shakes almost daily. Its a fast meal on-the-go. I love to use the Vega chocolate or vanilla shake as its low carb, good protein and you add in your own fats to pump up the fat macros.
I also recommend the pure theraputic ketones to super charge your new keto/low carb eating lifestyle. I have one first thing in the morning and often again in the afternoon. It’s excellent for helping with appetite suppression too.
