DO curry and bacon go togegther?? Well, I guess they do now becuase I LOVE the flavors of both and usually I’m just messing around and tossing left overs together and discover these amazing creations that are out of this world!

FOOD is my reward after a great workout. I bought a rotisserie chicken a few days ago and we did not eat as much as I thought so I picked apart all of the meat today and then made a killer chicken salad with it.
Chicken salad’s are awesome to eat with practically everything; on a bed of spinach, and a lettuce wrap, in a tortilla wrap, with crackers, pita chips, what have I forgotten?…..the list goes on.
HOW you make the chicken salad is up to you!
I like mine on a bed of mixed greens.

Here’s h0w to make this. Be sure to make extra so you can eat on it for a few lunches through the week.

 

Ingredients for Curry Chicken Salad:
Serves 2, 3/4 cup servings:

1 cup cooked chopped or shredded chicken breast
5-6 grapes or apples slices chopped
1 green onion chopped  (not shown, but I usually add them in for zest)
1 pinch dried garlic flakes
2 tbsp non fat greek plain yogurt
2 tsp sunflower seeds
1 tsp curry (optional)
sprinkle of sea salt, lemon pepper, paprika, and #FlavorGod Everything Seasoning
Add 1 -2 tsp of avocado oil for moisture
Mix all together and its DONE!

 

Give it a try! Experiment with your own taste preferences and the amount you want to make.
