What If I Can’t Dance?
Shaunt T breaks down every move step by step and builds on the entire sequence. And…you only learn by DOING. 🙂 The more you do it, the more coordinated you will get.
Will I Burn A Lot Of Calories?
YES! You will learn the moves step-by-step and then you will put them all together and BLAST them out!
How Long Are The Workouts?
The program is 4-weeks. but it once you have completed one round, you can repeated it again and again. The workouts are 30-45 minutes long.
Will I Be Able To Teach Cize In A Gym?
YES!! There is a certification list here
Is It Similar To the Previous Dance Programs Rockin Body or Hip Hop Abs?
YES…some similar moves and sequencing to Rockin Body and Hip Hop Abs, but with a MASSIVE MAKE-OVER in music, look, sound, cuing from Shaun T since he now has more experience gained from the mass amounts of fitness programs he has put out since; T25, Insanity, and Insanity Max30. Plus he has new moves and the like I said, the MUSIC… and cuing is critical.
