Or something like that! LOL I love this dish SO MUCH that I have made it all different ways to accommodate using what I have in my pantry and refrigerator and making another excise to eat it.
This is HANDS DOWN an UBER healthy energizing and clean eating meal.

 

 

Here is my recipe for the Clean Eating Burrito Bowl (no rice)
*Makes 2 meals

1.5 cup chopped grilled chicken breast (I make this in bulk in Sundays)
1/4 cup black beans
1/4 cup corn bits
1/4 cup chopped avocado
1/3 cup chopped yellow tomatoes
1/3 cup chopped red, yellow, orange bell peppers
1/3 cup chopped artichoke hearts (I really don’t know where this came from but it sounded good at the time and it was definitely a great addition!)

**Optional: you could add a tbsp of cilantro avocado yogurt dressing onto this and/or 1 tbsp shredded cheese.

 

Dressing:
4 tbsp lime juice
My secret sauce seasoning mixture that I add into everything!! =
paprika, lemon pepper, black pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, a dash of sea salt (I literally just add all f these seasonings into a container and keep it for the week to add into dished and other meats I will be cooking…even onto eggs. In this dish I use about 1 tbsp of this mixture.
