Motivation Monday – Focus on what you can control
–> Action Step: I want you to go out and find an image or a quote that you are going to keep in front of you this week to help motivate you. I want you to put it INTO your phone to pop up every morning as a reminder.
Maybe even 3 times per day.
Print it out and put it on your mirror.
We have to be constantly filling our heads with positive messages in order to change our mindset, which will also help to create new lifestyle habits for our body!
